Emerging Wireless Professionals (EWP) is a volunteer group proudly affiliated with the Wireless Infrastructure Association (WIA) to support professionals with less than ten years of experience in the telecommunications industry. EWP is dedicated to fostering leadership development, providing educational opportunities, and facilitating national networking experiences for its members.

Attracting and supporting new professionals across a wide array of occupations in the telecommunications industry is crucial to the long-term success and health of the industry. To ensure emerging professionals are given a full opportunity to have their voices represented, grow, and thrive, it is critical that they have a professional development platform to convene, learn, and share ideas with one another and with industry leaders.
