Emerging Wireless Professionals (EWP) is a professional development initiative supported by the Wireless Infrastructure Association (WIA). While EWP operates with its own board and programming to engage and empower the next generation of wireless leaders, it aligns closely with WIA’s mission to support the growth and evolution of the wireless industry.

Getting involved with EWP is easy! Start by becoming a member through our website. From there, you’ll gain access to networking events, educational webinars, and volunteer opportunities. We also welcome new ideas and involvement in event planning, marketing, and outreach efforts—just reach out to our board.

Annual membership is $99. This fee helps support our programming, events, and resources designed to advance your career in the wireless industry.

EWP members enjoy a variety of professional development opportunities, including:

Most of our events are member-exclusive, allowing for a more tailored and valuable networking experience. However, we do host select open events to welcome new participants and raise awareness about our mission. Be sure to check the event details to confirm access.

Once you join EWP, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your membership details, including your expiration date. You can also log into your member profile at any time to check your status. You'll also receive an email when your membership expires which will prompt you to renew your membership.
