Emerging Wireless Professionals is proud to recognize the recipients of the 2026 Connect (X) Scholarship. These individuals were selected for their commitment to professional growth, industry engagement, and the future of wireless and digital infrastructure.
In partnership with the Wireless Infrastructure Association (WIA) and the WIA Foundation, this scholarship helps emerging leaders access Connect (X) 2026 and the connections, insights, and opportunities that come with it.
DeAnna Anglin is a NEPA Project Lead at Lotis Environmental, based in their satellite location in Columbia, Missouri. She focuses on ensuring overall client satisfaction, with expertise in NEPA due diligence, geotechnical considerations, and natural resources for telecommunication tower projects.
DeAnna enjoys collaborating with project managers and helping resolve complex challenges that arise during construction planning. Outside of her professional work, she lives in Columbia with her partner, two children, and their cat and dog. She is also a practicing sound healer and yoga instructor who values meaningful connection with others.
