Hosted by Signal Strength Advisors, LLC

M&A activity continues to play a major role in shaping the digital infrastructure landscape. From towers and fiber to carrier networks and data centers, consolidation and capital deployment are redefining how platforms grow and compete.

In this webinar, Clayton Funk will provide a high-level look at the forces driving transaction activity across the sector. We’ll discuss how sub-sector specialists are consolidating fragmented markets, how investor interest is evolving, and what it means as larger global asset managers increasingly enter the space.

This session will offer practical insight into where capital is flowing today, how the investor profile is changing, and what these trends may signal for the future of digital infrastructure.
